MyCounselor: a mirror on your decisions.
The Problem
Have you ever found yourself in this situation: You just wanted to talk to someone about a business issue which is bothering you. You think you have the answer but you want to do a sanity check before you decide.
Observations
Quite frequently we get the question whether we just want to be a sounding board, no strings attached. When a manager wants to decide how to go about a business situation, he or she often has the solution in mind but just wants to talk about it freely, to seek comments, agreement, guidance or just empathy. Regardless if it is a recognized problem or just a feeling, it is too serious to neglect is but too delicate to call upon a formal coach, seek supervision, or hire a consultant.
Deliverables
MyCounselor is a format whereby you can exchange your mind freely, facilitated by seasoned managers who have been in your shoes before. Depending on the topic, the format is focused on your issue only, or other managers from other disciplines and with other issues can be grouped together to learn and help each other to seek arguments necessary to make your personal decision. Meeting each other in a safe environment where one can freely talk, when going home, they is a guaranteed added value to go forward.
The setting of MyCounselor is in a relaxed environment during business hours. For individual sessions at minimum a half day is planned. Up to a maximum of 3 participants, a full day is planned. Coffee, a walk in the park, sketching on a white-board, taking a boat trip, whatever makes sense to maximize quality time will be used. Results2Match will take care of logistics, moderation and observations. An intake session with each participant will be held in order for the Results2Match team to prepare.

After a MyCounselor session you will have made up your mind regarding the thing that was puzzling you. You will be ready to take your decision and execute it. Also, you will have broadened your horizon and your network.
Risks
Any open discussion about your issues has risks. MyCounselor mitigates this using the following risk averse approach. Inform us that you are interested to take part, and we will contact you to set up a free intake session of about one hour. Three things can happen:
- If you decide not to engage further or we just "don't click", the coffee and your time were the only investment.
- If you decide that the intake session was already enough, and gave you the value you looked for, we sent you an invoice for € 500.-, excl. VAT.
- If you decide to engage in a private or grouped MyCounselor session, your investment is € 2,000.-, excl. VAT and excl. traveling and lodging cost.
