Our advice, involvement and solution management will use the vast experience of the Results2Match network and associates. Therefore it will an investment to hire us but, since we are willing to link our rewards with your success, not a cost. Since we regard all our involvement to be a well defined project, we set upfront clear expectations and metrics on where we start and what delta is to be achieved.
Not all projects are suitable for a variable fee component, e.g. management coaching will show results long after the actual project is finished, but where possible we seek the dialog to find a variable element which combines and rewards the joined effort of you and Results2Match to resolve your business issues.
Transparency is key for a good business relationship. If Results2Match promotes technology for a certain solution, there are standing referral agreements with the solution suppliers we promote. By accepting our advice, you agree that we refer you to the supplier and will get a fee from them if you close an agreement with that supplier. We save the supplier lead generation and sales costs and this will often results in a better price for you too.
With some suppliers who focus on indirect sales models, we have reseller agreements which means you can acquire the solution directly through Results2Match.
Traditional consultancy involvement (hour x rate) from Results2Match is of course possible and up to you. Where possible we opt for a price ceiling or even fixed price with a bonus component when the agreed targets are met.
Results2Match is independent and therefore can on your behalf mediate on all elements involved in resolve your problems like issue management with your suppliers, negotiating a best price or giving a second opinion on a selected solution.
Unlike armchair consultants, Results2Match do as they believe, thus being asked to act as main contractor or interim manager for the whole project will not scare us away.
